- FAQ's -

Q.  If our wedding lasts less than an hour, how much time would we pay for?  More importantly, how would the musicians distribute their time?

A. Since our minimum contracted time is an hour for a 10 to 30 minute ceremony, here is a sample timeline for a wedding starting at 5 pm.

4:15 - musicians arrive and set up
4:45 - musicians begin playing while guests are seated
5:00 - music for processional begins:  Moms, officiant, groom, groomsmen, bridal party
(bridesmaids and any flower girls or ring bearers) followed by the bride
       -  During the ceremony, requested music played for unity candle, rose ceremony, or sand ceremony
5:30 - ceremony ends and newlyweds exit to music
5:30 - guests leave while music is played until 5:45

Q.  How do I pick my music?

A. A sampler of standard ceremony music is available on this site to help you recognize and choose those selections you want.  We are also available by phone and/or e-mail to help you any way we can to make the selection process easier.

Q.  Do you have other selections besides those on this site?

A. Yes, we have an extended repertoire available.

Q.  If we are looking for a song you don’t have on your list, can it be included in our ceremony?

A.  If you provide a copy of the song, we can arrange it and play it, if it seems suitable for stringed instruments.

Q.  How do you handle payment for services?

A.  We require 50% down with your signed contract and the balance due 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Q.  What do I need to do to reserve a date for your services?

A.  See the "Contact & Pricing" web page.
